With over 30 years of diverse HR experience across banking, mining, gaming, research, education and consulting Edmond brings a strategic yet hands on approach to Human Capital Management. His specialization includes dispute resolution, implementation of the holistic disciplinary process, training and development, organisational consistency in Industrial Relations/Employee Relations practices, and employee effectiveness. He chaired numerous disciplinary hearings and represented employers at the CCMA Edmond holds an Honours in Human Resources Development and multiple qualifications relating to labour law, education, learning and development and management, specialises in collective bargaining, restructuring consultations and building manager capability so that workplaces functions effectively.
